RIT engineering lab showcases state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment at Open House Dec. 4

The Brinkman Machine Tools and Manufacturing Laboratory will host an open house 3 – 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 4. Open to the public, the laboratory will showcase the state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment housed in the college and provide demonstrations by lab staff.

The Brinkman Lab is located in the James E. Gleason Building in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering and is part of the college’s industrial and systems engineering department. It is used for education, training and applied research using manufacturing industry best-in-class equipment for students and industry partners.
