The Rochester Artech 2010 Digital Art Exhibition promotes the expression of the arts through digital media and features pieces by high school and college students, and amateur and professional artists from across the Greater Rochester area.

The deadline for submissions has been extended to March 22. All entered pieces must include some digital element; categories include graphic design, photography, digital illustration, collages, printmaking, animation, digital video and 3-D installations.

Artwork will be juried by a panel of art faculty and professional artists, and the winning pieces are then displayed in two exhibitions: The first will be held from May 14-24 at RIT’s Student Innovation Center, and the second will be held from June 11-26 at Gallery r. RIT’s student-run gallery located at 775 Park Ave.

This year’s theme is “Intersections,” and several monetary grand prizes will be awarded.
