For the third consecutive year, RIT has been named one of North America’s greenest universities by The Princeton Review.
The company’s Guide to 322 Green Colleges evaluates colleges and universities on environmentally related policies, practices and academic offerings. In partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council, best known for developing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard for green building certification, The Princeton Review has produced lists of North America’s green colleges since 2010. The guide is a list of schools that meet The Review’s guidelines for being green and provides no ranking of any kind.
