The university is open today, March 13 for all classes and activities.

RIT remains closed on Wednesday, March 12, due to blizzard conditions. The university will monitor and evaluate weather conditions throughout the night and into Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service says a blizzard warning for the Rochester area remains in effect until 5 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, March 13). RIT will make a decision in the early morning on whether to open or close.
Please continue to monitor updates on RIT's many methods of communication during this winter storm. Communication methods include the RIT homepage, email, text messages, Twitter (@RITNews) and RIT Facebook. RIT also coordinates notifications with local media.
