More than 4,000 entries were received this year, and RIT’s winners included:

“As part of a Wallace Center renovation, a special room may be needed to house the many awards the RIT Production Team has won,” said Lynn Wild, associate provost for faculty career development and The Wallace Center. “These latest W³ Awards are especially significant because not only has the team been honored with two gold awards for the first time—but one of those was for The Wallace Center’s Inaugural Impact Report which highlights our staff’s effect on students and faculty.”

Contributors to these projects include: The Wallace Center and RIT Production Services Staff; Megan Bastian, Web designer; Gage LaFleur, Web developer/programmer; Joseph Geraci, Web developer/programmer; Dan Roder, Web developer/programmer; Elizabeth Lamark, Photography Services supervisor; Amanda Wade, producer/director/editor; Randy Church, Web designer; and Raman Bhalla, assistant director Web/IT Services.

“Getting recognition from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts is an honor and a testament to the talented staff we have at RIT who are able to compete with international agencies for these W³ Awards,” said Bhalla.

The awards were announced Sept. 23 and a complete list of winning entries can be found at the W3 awards website.
