Arnold Cole 74
(criminal justice), a Secret Service agent with nearly 30 years in federal
law enforcement, was named federal security director for the Baltimore-Washington
International Airport. The position was created by Congress following
the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Cole previously headed the
Secret Services San Francisco field office. He is a member of
the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives. A Brooklyn
native, he began his career in 1975 as a special agent with the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
