More than 900 people paid tribute to retiring President Albert Simone (left) and Carolie Simone at a gala at the Gordon Field House June 16. Among the many noted guests were RIT’s new president, Bill Destler (center) and his wife, Rebecca Johnson (right), who received a hug from Carolie Simone.
