 Former President Bill Clinton visited RIT on Dec. 14 at the
invitation of B. Thomas Golisano, RIT trustee and founder and
chairman of Paychex Inc. Clinton toured the Golisano College
of Computing and Information Sciences prior to giving a presentation
to students, faculty, staff, trustees and invited guests. He
saluted RIT for cultivating the next generation of scientists
and engineers and warned that the U.S. is danger of losing its
competitive edge as fewer American students pursue technological
careers.
