Alumni lend a hand to students
Alumni from the College of Business (COB) have established a scholarship to lend a hand to COB students. This venture grew out of an initiative
proposed by the Alumni Network Board of Directors. Alumni from each of RIT’s eight colleges have volunteered to lead this effort.
2004-2005 COB Alumni Endowed Scholarship recipients are Arthur Miller, Dayna Vitullo and Travis Wheaton.
Led by Donald Naylor ’61, the COB alumni have already reached their scholarship goal of $200,000, which will lend a hand to students within their college.
Alumni from RIT’s remaining colleges have begun the process to duplicate this success story. They invite other alumni to join their college team by using the gift envelope in the back of this issue or by contacting Carol George, director of leadership giving, at 800-477-0376 or email@example.com. Regular postings will be made in this “Board Bulletin” to keep you informed of the progress toward the goal for each college.
