RIT by the numbers:
A growing, selective and diverse enrollment
RIT’s enrollment has increased more than 25 percent since 1994, this fall totalling 15,338. The university has seen growth at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. At the same time, RIT is becoming more selective and diverse. RIT plans to cap enrollment at 17,000 students by 2010.

RIT Freshmen Compared with National SAT Mean Scores
SAT scores for freshmen entering RIT this fall matched last year’s record high. The new class had a mean combined SAT score of 1220 while the national average was 1026.
