Tentative Summit Schedule
The Summit was three working days in duration: a half-day pre-Summit meeting of facilitators, two full days of working team meetings, and a half-day post-Summit facilitator's meeting.

| Pre-Summit Facilitator's Meeting - Wednesday, June 25, 2008 (afternoon) | Summit plans, logistics, and unresolved issues were addressed in preparation for the two full day working team meetings. |
| Summit Day 1 - Thursday, June 26, 2008 (full day) | After a brief welcome, each of the working groups met as a panel in the presence of all other Summit participants. The co-facilitators led discussions among the panel members using the white paper for that team as a catalyst for articulating the potential benefits and challenges of creating an on-line remote interpreting and captioning infrastructure for that constituency group. At the conclusion of the session, other participants were invited to comment (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Participants were then asked to breakout into their working groups (closed session) to refine and articulate the major issues and challenges associated with the development of the new on-line remote system from their respective constituency group (2:00 PM until completion). |
| Summit Day 2 - Friday, June 27, 2008 (full day) | The facilitator and co-facilitator of each team presented their team's recommendations, in sequence, to the entire Summit gathering, with all members participating in discussions (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
Concluding summary remarks were offered by the conference organizers and the next steps were presented to the Summit participants. |
