Box Office Information

The NTID Box Office is located on the first floor of the LBJ building on the RIT campus. Ticket sales begin 10 days prior to the opening of a given production. During this time, the Box Office is open 10 am to 4 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and one hour before curtain on the night of a show. Box Office phone, 585-475-6254, is for outgoing messages only. Please make reservations by sending email to ntidtix@rit.edu.

Tickets for any regular NTID Performing Arts production are $5 for any fulltime student (regardless of where they attend school), $5 for senior citizens, and $7 for all others. Master Card, Visa, and RIT Flex cards are accepted--we'll also take cash, and personal checks are accepted with proper ID.

Reservations may be made by calling 585-475-6254 (voice or tty) or by sending email to ntidtix@rit.edu Reservations are held for 3 business days from the time of reservation. After that, the tickets will be put back on sale. No exchanges or refunds on tickets.

*Admission to our shows in the 1510 Lab Theatre are free, however a ticket is still required for entry. Free tickets are distributed one hour before show time on a first-come, first-served basis. NO RESERVATIONS without prior arrangement made with NTID House Manager. Contact us for more information.
