Max Factor/NTID workshops offered in the Los Angeles area

The National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID), a college of the Rochester Institute of Technology was given a gift by the Max Factor Family Foundation to offer technical workshops to members of the greater Los Angeles deaf and hard-of-hearing community. This project ran from 2005-2010.
