Workshop Description and Goals

 

Attend the 5-day Mac OS X Support Essentials workshop June 21-25, 2010 at a cost of $500, at NTID/RIT in Rochester, NY. The workshop will be held daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

This hands-on workshop is designed to give participants the skills needed for help desk personnel, service technicians, technical coordinators, and others to support Mac OS X users or who perform Mac OS X trouble shooting. Participants will learn how Mac OS X works, how to use diagnostic and repair tools, and how to troubleshoot and repair the Mac operating system. This workshop will also help you prepare for Apple ‘s Certified Support Professional 10.5 certification should you desire to take the test on your own. (ACSP)
