Attend the five-day Advanced Web Site Development Using Dreamweaver CS4 workshop June 21-25, 2010 at a cost of $500, at RIT/NTID in Rochester, NY. The workshop will be held daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is a very popular industry standard software application used by professionals to develop web sites. In this workshop, you will learn how to use Dreamweaver CS4’s advanced functions to create a website using HTML, XHTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver’s SPRY tools. Applications of techniques such as creating templates for web sites, making forms online, and using Cascading Style Sheets to create web page layouts will be covered. Participants are encouraged to bring digital images, photographs, or multimedia to use in building their own web site.
Prerequisites
The Advanced Dreamweaver CS4 workshop is a comprehensive workshop for individuals that already have intermediate to advanced computer skills, have a good working understanding of Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, and experience in using the World Wide Web. This workshop will be taught in an Apple Macintosh computing environment.

David Hazelwood
David Hazelwood is deaf faculty member and an Assistant Professor in the Arts & Imaging Studies department. He has taught at NTID for 26 years and has worked in photo labs in New York City, North Carolina, and Connecticut. He has taught a wide variety of courses in photography, color, network publishing, digital media publishing, image manipulation, vector graphics, and wide format display imaging. David’s expertise is in critical color evaluation, computer and printer technologies, web development, and image manipulation.

Kurt Stoskopf
Kurt Stoskopf is an Assistant Professor and a Deaf faculty member in the Arts and Imaging Studies department in the National Technical Institute at Rochester Institute of Technology. Over the last 10 years, Kurt has taught courses in web design, computer graphics, graphic design, and traditional media drawing. He has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design, and a Master's of Fine Arts degree in Computer Graphics Design from RIT. Kurt teaches full-time at NTID and owns and runs a freelance illustration studio that he has been running for the last 11 years.
