While all substance abuse prevention and treatment programs in the state of Vermont make every effort to accommodate persons with disabilities to the extent possible, there are no programs which offer specific services for the deaf.

This program has been developed in the course of an agreement among the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), Rochester Institute of Technology, and the Monroe County Department of Mental Health.  Copying is freely allowed so long as credit is given and the copies are not sold.
