Publications:  Free booklets, pamphlets, posters and library materials, many are bilingual. The Wyoming CARE Program provides access to The Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource (RADAR) Network and functions as a clearinghouse for alcohol, tobacco and other drug information for the citizens of Wyoming.  The CARE program currently serves school personnel, students, community mental health practitioners,
alcohol and drug specialists, youth alternatives, private industry, government agencies, public health agencies and law enforcement agencies.

This program has been developed in the course of an agreement among the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), Rochester Institute of Technology, and the Monroe County Department of Mental Health.  Copying is freely allowed so long as credit is given and the copies are not sold.
