There have been some changes to the Rater Worksheets and Discussion Worksheets. The changes are all to make it easier to see what to write in the various lines and sections of the worksheets.

You can see these changes in the Commonly Used Forms of the Establishing an SLPI Team section, and of course in Sections 3B in the Training Workshop Materials section.
