  Symposium a Success!

Over 215 deaf education professionals, from the United States, China, Hungary, Japan, and the United Kingdom met at NTID, June 25-29, 2001 for the Instructional Technology and Education of the Deaf Symposium. The program consisted of two plenary addresses, 48 formal presentations, 26 poster sessions, a recommendation report discussion and lots of time for conversation, sharing and networking. 83 individuals attended 8 post-conference workshops.

  • The final Recommendation Report (requires Adobe Acrobat), compiled from the comments and suggestions of symposium participants is available for review.
