View Call for Papers Instructions

Download and save one of the Call for Papers files below. Follow the instructions below to complete and submit your proposal. You will receive confirmation that your proposal arrived at the Symposium office within six working days.

1. Text file
   
   • Download and Save File. If your browser opens the file, use the SAVE AS command, from the File pulldown menu to save the file to your hard drive.
   • Use a text editor to complete your proposal. You may delete the instructions found at the beginning of the file.
   • Save your file. Include your initials in the file name. For example, EWC1PROP.TXT.
   • Attach your proposal file to an e-mail to the Symposium office at techsym@rit.edu.
   
   
   
2. RTF file
   This RTF file will work with most word processors, on Macintosh and PC computers.
   • Download and Save File. If your browser opens the file, use the SAVE AS command, from the File pulldown menu to save the file to your hard drive.
   • Use a word processor to complete your proposal. You may delete the instructions found at the beginning of the file.
   • Save your file. Include your initials in the file name. For example, EWC1PROP.TXT.
   • Attach your proposal file to an e-mail to the Symposium office at techsym@rit.edu.
   
   
   
3. Acrobat PDF File
   
   • Download and Save File.
   • Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the file. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can obtain it free of charge via the Adobe web site (installation instructions are also provided). Get Adobe Acrobat Reader.
   • Write or type your proposal information and then mail or fax your proposal to the Symposium office.
