Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport and the RIT Inn & Conference Center are the official Symposium hotels. The Radisson Hotel is adjacent to campus and the RIT Inn & Conference is several miles south of campus. All prices are per room per night. Tax for guest rooms is 14.25%. Complimentary airport transportation is provided by both hotels.
Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservations. If you make your reservation by telephone, please reference your participation in the "NTID Technology Symposium" to get the proper discounted rate.
All reservations must be received by the hotel by June 9, 2010, for guaranteed availability at the special convention rate. After that time, reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
