Dining facilities will be open for lunch and dinner during both the first-year and transfer programs. Families and students are encouraged to dine on campus.

Students who live in the residence halls must purchase a meal plan. Meal plans for first year students begin with dinner on Sunday, August 24, 2008. During orientation and the first week of classes, you will have the option of adjusting your meal plan if desired. You need an RIT University ID card to pay for meals using your meal plan.

First year commuter students will be able to use their RIT University ID card to receive complimentary meals during Orientation.

Family meals are not included in the Orientation fees and participants will be asked to pay cash for all meals.
