Frequently Asked Questions about the MCAS Summer Bridge Program:
- What is the deadline date for me to pay the $200 registration fee?
Answer: The fee along with the application must be mailed by June 30, 2010. - If I arrive prior to Orientation, will I be able to stay in a student's room?
Answer: No, however, there are local hotels and motels in the Rochester area. Please refer to this link. - Will students be able to leave the MCAS Summer Bridge Program to come home on the weekends?
Answer: No, once students arrive to the MCAS Summer Bridge Program, they will not be able to leave until the conclusion of the Academy. No exceptions except in extreme emergencies. - Will my boyfriend/girlfriend be able to visit me during the MCAS Summer Bridge Program ?
Answer: No, due to the intensity of the MCAS Summer Bridge Program schedule, we do not allow guests. - Can I bring my car to the MCAS Summer Bridge Program?
Answer: Yes, however, students are not allowed to operate vehicles during the MCAS Summer Bridge Program. The strength of the program is having students work together as a team. Transportation will be provided when needed. - Are families allowed to have lunch and dinner with their student during Orientation?
Answer: Yes, however, the program fees will only pay for the meals of MCAS Summer Bridge Program students.
