What will RIT be in 15 years? How will we be different? How will we be better?
Across the campus, faculty, staff, students, and administrators are pondering these questions as part of Vision 2025. This project has been launched jointly through the Offices of the President and the Provost to generate ideas and concepts that may define RIT for the coming decades.
Think how far RIT has come in the last 15 years — new degree programs developed, new colleges launched, thousands of students drawn to campus from all over the world, and an impressive national and global stature achieved. Now that we realize what can be accomplished, what can we imagine for the future?
President Destler has provided the framework for the project in his Open Administration presentation from January 2010. He outlined six vision pillars for RIT in the coming years.
