When booking your guest room reservation, please call the hotel directly and provide your flight information.
Upon landing, call the Front Desk directly and request pick up, please provide your phone number in case the driver needs to reach you. Please allow 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic as well as other guests on incoming flights. Exit the airport at baggage claim and on the median to the right is a sign that says ‘SHUTTLE’ next to a covered shelter. Our shuttle is a white Toyota minivan with a yellow license plate that says ‘WAFFFLES’.

Please call the front desk 24 hours prior to your departure to reserve your shuttle time. We will leave promptly at the scheduled time, so please arrive to the lobby 5 minutes prior. A maximum of 5 passengers is permitted per trip, we will group guests together who have similar flight times for efficiency.

3 drop-off times and 3 pickup times will be posted at the front desk, all drop-off times will be prior to the first meeting for your event. Please arrive to the lobby/designated pickup spot 5 minutes prior to your desired shuttle time to ensure a prompt departure. It is approximately 2 miles (10 minutes) to campus.
