Check out the winning presentation from Rochester Institute of Technology's second "Shark Tank" Entrepreneurship Competition. Christopher Tosswill, a software engineering major, claimed the top prize. Tosswill presented "E-Merce," a business that leverages smart phone technology and gaming concepts to turn shopping and deal-hunting into a fun, rewarding experience.
