Analog Devices Integrated Microsystems Laboratory

Capabilities

ADIML allows for the creation of miniature, high performance, low power, configurable, integrated electronic circuit and nanotechnology systems architectures and design methods for biomedical, telecommunications, image processing, robotic control, radio science, and consumer electronic applications. Additionally, the ADIML allows for research in the following fields:

• Analog Integrated Circuits

• Semiconductor Device Modeling

• Biomedical Sensors and Systems

• Thin Film Transistors

• Portable Display Driver Electronics

• Micro Antenna Structures

• MEMs Analysis and Fabrication

 

Facilities and Equipment

The lab area is comprised of:

• 8 IC CAD and Modeling Stations

• 7 Signal Processing Stations

• 7 Electronic Prototyping Stations

• 5 Staging Stations
