Instructions for Downloading
Many agency forms may be downloaded from the Internet. Different formats are often available, such as HTML, text files, or PDF versions. In order to download a PDF version, you must download the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader beforehand.

NSF FastLane

FastLane is NSF's electronic business website. NSF requires the use of FastLane for all proposal submittals. See www.fastlane.nsf.gov

FastLane allows for the uploading of PDF files in a proposal. While the "cut and paste" method may be used, all formatting is lost. SRS recommends the uploading of PDF files. While any PDF file may be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader, in order to create PDF files, Adobe Acrobat Distiller is required. Version 4.0 or newer is highly recommended. Your computer must be configured in order for the files to be properly converted.
