FedEx.com: Select the "ship" button and register for interNetShip.* Enter all of the requested information, and include the 24-digit Oracle billing account number in the "Reference Number" field. Contact shipping and receiving (x5-2119) if you have any questions.

Pick up:

You can call Federal Express at 1-800-463-3339 before 7:00 p.m. to arrange for pick-up from your office. The package must be ready for pick-up (complete with airbill) when the call is placed.

Express Service types:

Standard Overnight = next day by 3 PM
Priority Overnight = next day by noon
First Overnight = next day by 8AM

International Economy = 2 to 5 days
International Priority = 1 to 3 days
International First = second day by 8AM to certain cities
(Note: For international shipments, you must enclose two copies of the airbill in the pouch)

*Important: The shipment must be billed to the Institute's FedEx account number in order to qualify for RIT's negotiated bulk rates. Contact SRS if you do not have this number. Also, enter your 24-digit Oracle billing account number in the "Reference Number" field.
