Geulah's is a company that specializes in the development of food products in the natural food sector and plans on incorporating an element of social entrepreneurship into its manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations. It is currently test marketing a number of products in the Rochester market and expects to have a full line within two years. Its marketing plans include selling through its own network of specialty retail stores as well as the more traditional food service channels. It chose to be located in the incubator because of its proximity to RIT, convenient access to faculty in the School of Hospitality and Service Management, and the availability of student coops.
