MediSked was founded in 2006 to provide web-based, work flow software to small and mid-sized home health care agencies. The driving force behind the concept was initially to find software to help manage a home health care agency owned by Tom's aunt and uncle. Finding none, they developed their own and quickly had other agencies asking for similar assistance. Recognizing this opportunity, they founded MediSked and began to develop a more sophisticated system. Through no marketing whatsoever, they now a client base of fifty agencies and a waiting list of candidates. While at the incubator, they have utilized students as both coops and as part-time employees.
