The Sales Event Manager is responsible for developing sales opportunities and securing business for catering and/or group rooms. The Event Manager identifies potential business opportunities, pursues viable leads, books business, and maintains client relationships. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. This is a full time exempt position with full benefits. Core hours are Monday - Friday; weekends dependent on bookings.

The P.M. Line Supervisor is the culinary leader for all P.M. associates on the restaurant line. Responsibilities include: overseeing all P.M. line functions and at times assist with banquet functions. PM Line Supervisor is to ensure that all food is consistently prepared in a timely manner and is of the finest quality for both fine dining and casual service. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. Shifts are primarily p.m. and full time position is anticipated. Previous cooking experience required in an a la carte environment, ServeSafe certification is a plus.

The Catering Server is responsible for all aspects of proper food and beverage service for catered events. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. Part time positions available, weekday lunch and dinner shifts available, weekend availability optional.

The Catering Houseperson is responsible for: timely, efficient, and accurate set-up, break down, and safe storage of all catering equipment, decoration, tables, chairs, staging, podiums, audio/visual equipment and other items related to catering events. Must be able to lift and carry heavy items. Part time position, hours vary am / pm / weekends a must.

The Bell Attendant / Driver is a primary contact for a variety of guest services and is responsible for providing all guests with friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable interaction and the timely and efficient delivery of exceptional services. Applicants should have a working knowledge of the Rochester area and a valid drivers license in order to tranport our hotel guests in a shuttle. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. Part time position available; AM / PM plus weekends availablity a must.

The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel with regards to all cleanliness standards with a focus on guest rooms. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. Part time position available, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30pm, 1 week day 8am-4:30pm.
