An introductory course in Statistical Quality Control techniques used in determining operating quality levels and recognizing degrees of process control and capability in a service industry or a manufacturing process. Topics include sources of variation; construction and interpretation of charts for variables and attributes; process capability; acceptance sampling; and design of experiments DOE) concepts.
