Prepares students to analyze customers, competitors, and company. Addresses product, price, promotion, and distribution elements, and explores cross-disciplinary principles, theories, and methods. Covers systems thinking, human factors, semiotic theory, and visual rhetoric. Course formats include reading, critical writing, hands-on involvement, presentations, and guest lectures.
