Many students who have completed their associate degree consider entering the health care work force but require an orientation to health systems. These students do not wish to attain a bachelor’s degree but rather to enhance their knowledge base about health care. Students who wish to pursue this undergraduate certificate in health systems administration must have completed their associate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.0. To earn the certificate, students must attain a GPA of 2.5 or higher in the certificate courses. Each undergraduate certificate course is taught in 15-week sessions and follow the regular RIT academic calendar.
