Juneau Kwon CAST Senator

Juneau Kwon
Biography

Greetings! My name is Juneau Kwon. I am 4th year Mechanical Engineering Technology major. I am a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. I hail from Boston, Massachusetts.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve as CAST Senator for the 2012-2013 academic year. I took over the job as CAST Senator last spring quarter of 2012 not quite sure what I was getting into. Fortunately, every member of SG welcomed me with open arms and I immediately fitted in like I had been a member all year. After one quarter on the job, I knew I wanted to come back this year and continue to represent my college.

I want to be a part of Student Government because I want an opportunity to leave a positive mark here on campus. I realize the CAST community is the largest and most diverse college at RIT and I accept the challenge being the liaison to Student Government. I will be working closely with the Dean of CAST and SG President Taylor Deer to ensure that the needs of the students are being met.

If you have any opinions, suggestions, complaints, or would just like to get lunch and talk about CAST, feel free to drop me an email me at sgcast@rit.edu or swing by the SG office (Campus Center, Bldg 3-1710). My office hours are Monday 2-4pm and Tuesday 4-6pm. I'm open to any and all ideas. HAVE A GREAT YEAR EVERYONE!
