  1. Where is the festival held?
    • December 15th
    • Rochester Institute of Technology in the SAU/Campus Center
    • 1 Lomb Memorial Drive Rochester, NY 14623
  2. When does badge pickup open?
    • 9:30am
    • Room 1010 in the Campus Center Lobby
  3. Can I submit a Skit?
    • Walk on skits & performances can be signed up during badge pickup.
  4. Will there be 18+ panels/shows?
    • no, our panels/shows are meant for all audiences.
  5. What do I do if I have an issue or harassment concerns?
    • Find and notify a Cosplay Snow Festival staff member ASAP and security will be notified.
  6. How do I verify that I am registered?
    • You should have recieved an email to the address given within 2-3 weeks of mailing.
  7. Is my Costume/Prop okay for the festival?
    • All props/costumes will be checked at badge pickup. Restrictions can be found in Cosplay Snow Festival Rules. Additional querys can be emailed to Skye Poole
  8. I lost something, where do I go to pick it up?
    • All lost items can be picked up in room 1010 in the Campus Center lobby where badges were picked up.
  9. Is there a bag/coat Drop off
    • Drop offs can be done in room 1010 in the Campus Center lobby.
  10. Information/Late Badge Pickup?
    • Room 1010 in the Campus Center lobby.
  11. Will there be interpreting services?
    • We are requesting interpreting services.
