FIRST Robotics Competition

FIRST Robotics Competition Overview

FRC or the FIRST robotics competition is a collection of a diverse set of science/technology competitions designed to inspire and build life skills in a team like environment for High School Aged Students. Students in the program work with the assistance of team mentors who specialize in a diverse range of professional careers that range from Engineering to 3d Animation.

Engineering Competition

Every January, students are given 6 weeks to solve a unique engineering challenge that changes every year. In order to solve the engineering challenge, students will need to design and build a robot with a common kit of of parts, with a budget too small and with a deadline that approaches fast.
