		acording to constitution, if you miss 3 meetings without excuse you become an inactive member
			dont have the right to vote or be part of events
		poor attendance also effect your membership evaluation
		If you are going to miss a meeting, please inform Paulo about it before the meeting, preferable with more than a day in advance
		
	floor meeting at 5:00 next week because of super bowl party


Kim Kim- Vice President

	Ski trip on February 14

	Boys & Girls night on the 12th
		decide what will be done after floor meeting


Arianne- Treasurer

	Ski trip: money ($30.00 USD) will be accepted until the 4th (thursday)
		there will be forms that will need to be signed
		We are going to Brantley


Paulo- Secretary

		Its mandatory
	Community service
		it is mandatroy
		If you dont do them and dont document them, you fail that portion of the evaluation	
		GU needs volunteers from 5-11 on the day of the event, sign up on the sheet by the girls bathroom
