I-House General Meeting minutes 4-13-08

Important Points

-SIH voting for PRES.

Works 3 hrs week in office (Participates in 3 or 4 meeting with RHA, pres of all houses, activities board, advisors. Paid by the month)

-SIH activities board is looking for people to recruit. Talk to Huseyin or lea if interested. Open to incoming freshman.

-Date to move in for the 2008-2009 is Monday August the 25, but if you want to move in early without having to pay an extra fee sign a paper that Huseyin

Upcoming Events

-Formal last night….I-house received most improved house award

- Programming committee has a meeting Wed.

-Smores program this coming Friday night.

-Next week from sat 12noon-12am Pitch a tent Is going on…and we as International house will have a our own tent

-Finance is having a meeting Tuesday at 9

-Only one more kitchen clean up is going to happen in a couple of weeks on a Sunday night.

-Niagara Falls Trip is still being worked out

-U&I dinner is still being worked out…will be updated

Open Forum

-Kodak quad event going on MAY 1…and they are looking for a DJ

-Please close the door and open the window in the kitchenette when cooking. Thank You

-No loud music early in the morning please
