• Meeting with Committee to discuss Girls and Boys Night or Floor Night – Floor Night

• Rent SG Vans or Carpool

Treasurer

• Sign-up and pay Arianne by Friday September 18, 2009 at Midnight.

Public Relations:

• Will be needing volunteers for Open House on September 26, 2009.

Webmaster

• Will hold committee meeting after the Floor Meeting to discuss meeting time.

Facilities Manager

• Thank you for helping out with Kitchen/Kitchenette/Lounge Clean-up!

• Working on the mold problem so don’t worry!

• Placed Clorox wipes in Girl’s Bathroom so clean up after yourselves!

Resident Advisor

• Take info cards seriously!!!! In case we need to celebrate birthdays!

• Still need roommate agreements!

Open Forum:

• There is a radio in the Boys Bathroom so don’t destroy or steal it. Keep it low during quiet hours.

• Flush the toilets in the girl’s bathroom and keep everything in the toilet.

• Keep quiet during quiet hours please!

• Please talk one at a time so the interpreter can have an easier time interpreting.

• Propose Dungeons and Dragons meeting tonight!

SIH is planning something for Halloween so please let Harshita, Carolina, and Christina for events.
