Floor Meeting Minutes

President

• Please fill out survey that was sent in the e-mail about Niagara Falls

• Will allow freshman to run for Public Relations – Deadline by next week

  • Set-up schedules for open house

    • Make sure people are there at the table

  • Prepare speech for Sunday next week

• Please take care yourself when you are sick. Wash hands, don’t sneeze on hands, etc.

Vice President

• Thank you to the certified drivers

• Nov. 7^th – Floor Night

• Prank a House (Not meant to be mean or competitive) TBD next floor meeting

  • Need RA approval

• Floor Halloween Activity – Carolina’s Activity

Facilities Manager

• Poor attendance for kitchen clean-up so there will be another one within the next week or so

  • People who cleaned up last time does not need to clean-up

• Be careful with storage door.

• Big plastic boxes are available to store dry goods (take a sticker to label your name)

• Don’t sit on the metal counter!!! It is broken and busted through the dry wall, maintenance request is being put in.

• Thank you for help cleaning up the kitchen for those of you who helped

• Will be organizing trip to Wegmans or Asian Market for I-House dinner

• Those who are cooking please e-mail recipes to FM so that those with allergies will know

• For the cooks: If there is any food you can prepare ahead of time please do so.

• Try to make serving size for about 25 people

• Feel free to talk to me if you have questions!

Webmaster

• None at the moment.

Secretary

• For those who have completed community service hours I will pass out the community service forms.

• Fright Night community service opportunity!

Resident Advisor

• Congrats! No fire violations on floor!

• Make sure personal relationships don’t affect the floor community relationship.

• Dan our CEC for the floor would like to visit and interact with the floor.

Open Forum

• Please keep feminine products

• Open door policy – please stick to it.

• Game Over game – Congrats to winners Elisabet, Jason and Milan.

• Please don’t call the ambulance for non-emergencies

• Fright Night – October 30^th: free food, games, dance – Please Attend!

• If you think our floor meetings are long, they are not. Other meetings are sometimes more than 2 hours.

• If you went to Niagara Falls please send photos to Niels.
