I-House E-Board Meeting

E-board meetings will from now on be on Tuesday 8:30-9:30
General meeting is on Friday 7-8
We revised the application for membership questions during today’s meeting.
News From President:
-We won the RICHies Challenge this last Saturday against Art House
-The Kitchen: For random people there must be an I-house member accompanying them. Otherwise when other Special interest houses use the kitchen they will be held accountable for their use.
-We are getting the hockey tickets for the game.
-We need to buy supplies for the kitchen. SO a shopping list should be made hopefully by this week.
-Dish washer needs to be fixed since it is broken.

-Girls/Boys night has been planned For October 17, 2008
News From PR:
-We are looking for a catch phrase for I House.
News From Treasurer:
-50/50 Fundraiser locations need to be reserved
-Flyers for the fundraiser need to be made
News From FM:
-Room for the I-house Dinner has been reserved from 6:30pm-10pm
- Email will be sent out to request recipes for the people who are cooking for the I house dinner
News from Historian:
-Newsletter will be posted Next Sunday October 12, 2008
-Next, next Tuesday October 14, 2008 will be designated as an E-board meeting to revise the Constitution.
- She will pass out a sign up sheet for the IHOUSE Floor Halloween party. The Date will be negotiated by the floor.

-Volunteer opportunity for Brick City Event, Register Online for By October 5, 2008
-GU Halloween Dance needs volunteers for set up and clean up October 30, 2008

-Door decorating contest for the month will be announced tonight. It’s only a floor (international house) thing so if you need any decorations or anything please speak to Beary. It will last through the month of October
