Meeting Minutes: Friday Oct. 17th, 2008

-Ritchie’s Challenge finals, Sat. 18th @2pm. The remaining SIH's are I-House, Photo House, and Engineering House & Computer Science House.

-Open house this Sunday Oct. 19th @11am. Those on the first shift @11am must be ready for set up at 10:30 am.

Secretary: Arianne

-Committee meeting this week. Not sure when exactly but will notify committee members through Email.

Facilities Manager: Bardh

-Fall Dinner will be on Sat. Oct. 25th at 7pm in NRH ####. Set up crew will meet at 6pm to prepare. This is a fashionable event so please dress to impress; Formal but casual. NO JEANS unless they are dress jeans.

-Card access is installed and a floor roster has been given to RHA. We are waiting for them to activate everyone’s ID card.

Historian: Michelle

- Newsletter is coming along. Please we need people to add things to the past of the newsletter. You can put anything you want in it, just see Michelle.

- Girls will stay after the meeting to quickly discuss Girls Night Out, which will be held at Lea Rubin's apartment tonight.

Resident Advisor: Beary

- Halloween door decorating contest has one week left. Please keep fire code in mind such as no web (the clingy cotton stuff) it is highly flammable.

- BCG 90 Halloween Happenings: Whichever floor is dressed up the most for Halloween will win an award. There will also be awards for individual costumes.

- This Wednesday freshmen registration will begin at 6am, bright & early! There will also be doughnuts and possibly coffee in the lounge.

Alok for Huseyin: Convo about tampons, huseyin wanted to design one for both men & woman so it could also be used as a condemn. He also wants to try one.

Peter/Hyomi: Peter made Hyomi mad so she said f#@$ you. He made her even madder so she said, Peter I really, really, want to f@#$ you!

Beary/Rayo: Robera says Ricky martin is sexy in a joking way then there was silence and finally Rayo said yeah, yeah, Ricky Martin is really sexy!
