TRACKS AVAILABLE-
LASTING IMPACT: Ever wonder what you could be doing with your life so that it can leave a lasting impact? Come find clarification about your spiritual Gifts, God given passions, and Personal work styles. See what God has created you for Today and beyond.
SMALL GROUP LEADERS: As we come together in this track, we will look at how small groups fit into the overall vision of InterVarsity on the campus. We will take a practical look at the components of a small group and how they work out within the context. The Advanced section of the group will be looking at delegation and how to develop the next leaders, and how to continue with a sustainable, vibrant small group.
SERVANT LEADERS: Leadership teams will focus on how to lead effectively while providing their chapters with spiritual care. This interactive workshop will help each team identify obstacles to growth, help their chapter grasp and maintain vision, manage a ministry team, and lead others in their context not just by the text book.
