"GEARS"

Featuring Wes Peden & Patrik Elmnert

Wes Peden and Patrik Elmnert, Wes balances a club on his head while Patrik juggles 5 clubs in the background Wes Peden and Patrik Elmnert share 6 balls in pattern

 Patrik and Wes have both been training juggling technique for over 12 years and hold world records solo and together. Currently they both train and study at Dans och Cirkushogskolan, the contemporary circus school in Stockholm Sweden. Both sharing an intense desire to make something good and interesting with juggling they have been working hard since they met about a year ago to do that.

Matt Hall, he's crazy about boxes!

 

    Matt Hall began his juggling career at the tender age of age 27, after he purchased Charlie Dancey's Encyclopaedia of Ball Juggling and vowed to learn every trick in the book. Now 39, Matt looks back in amazement at how that particular vow has shaped his life.
    Known as the “Juggle Sensei”, he has garnered several awards, including the International Jugglers’ Association Individuals Silver medal, the IJA Peoples’ Choice Award, and the 2005 IJA Overall Prop Champion. He has performed, taught juggling workshops, and emceed in places like Scotland, England, Australia, Israel, Canada, The Netherlands, and Denmark. Most recently in 2008, he performed at and hosted one of the Open Stages at the European Juggling Convention in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Tony Pezzo
 Tony Pezzo is a 15 year old juggler from St. Louis, Missouri.  He’s been juggling for 7 years and now focuses on juggling as more of an art to be performed. 

A rising star with performances at the International Jugglers Association, commercial TV shoots in far away Japan and a winner of multiple awards, Tony Pezzo is off to a bright start.

Lisa Ginsburg

Lisa Ginsberg

 Lisa Ginsburg is a senior member of the University of Rochester's Strong Jugglers. She has been swinging poi for three years and has performed at a range of functions; swing dance events, juggling shows, and as a guest performer at University of Rochester performance events.
   

 

Nels Cremean

 With more than two decades of experience as a professional fool, Nels Cremean ("Kre-MEEN") is a highly sought after performer and presenter, providing comedy variety shows, keynotes, and more throughout North America and abroad.

The seeds were planted for a life of foolishness when Nels went to his first performing arts workshops at eight years old. During the next decade, he studied physical comedy, juggling, acting, and other arts.

He has used his talents everywhere from street festivals to theatrical productions, toured with a non-profit circus, trained with instructors from Ringling Brothers and Cirque du Soleil, written for Juggle magazine, and taught many performing arts courses and workshops. for more www.injest.com

Jorden Moir

Jorden Moir

 Jorden Moir is a 21 yr old student and performer with Zacada Circus School in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
For the past 3 years, Jorden has been researching how to best deliver footbag to an audience. By use of theatrical elements and various other disciplines he hopes that one day footbag will be recognized as a legitimate art and entertainment form.

Jorden returns to the stage this year with a whole new bag of tricks!

 

Avi Pryntz-Nadworny
Avi Pryntz-Nadworny
Avi started performing at a young age in his hometown of Rochester, NY.  He currently lives in Québec City where he studies at the École de Cirque de Québec, and pursues a career in the circus arts.   He has just recently been hired to work for the prestigious Cirque du Soleil circus company. Avi  enjoys pizza and long showers, but not at the same time.
