Tri Sigma
Epsilon Psi Chapter
Tri Sigma is a national women’s sorority with over 100,000 members! The RIT Epsilon Psi Chapter has recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary on September 21, 2011.
Mission Statement
To establish among its members a perpetual bond of friendship, to develop in them strong womanly character, and to impress upon them high standards of conduct.
Philanthropy
The Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation was established in 1992. There are two causes under the Foundation’s umbrella: the Robbie Page Memorial Fund and the Sigma Sigma Sigma Educational Fund. The Robbie Page Memorial Fund makes specific grants to hospitals for play therapies, a long-standing philanthropic outreach of Tri Sigma. The two hospital play therapy programs that Tri Sigma supports are North Carolina Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The Educational Foundation awards scholarships to deserving members, and, in addition, support leadership training and educational programs of the National Tri Sigma Organization.
Centering on our national theme of “Sigma Serves Children” we host our annual philanthropy event called “Rock the Boat” Fundraiser every Winter Quarter where proceeds collected goes to the Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation, the Robbie Page Memorial Fund, and the American Cancer Society. In addition, we host the annual “Pool-A-Thon” Fundraiser every Spring Quarter where proceeds collected goes to the Tri Sigma Foundation.
