The
national philanthropy for Tau Kappa Epsilon is the Ronald
Reagan Alzheimer Foundation, but TKE works with many foundations
and organizations throughout the year to do community service.
Although the Special Olympics is no longer our National Philanthropy,
in February 2003, our entire chapter volunteered at the Rochester
Special Olympics and plan on continuing to show our support
for years to come.

In the past few quarters, our chapter attended and held several
philanthropies, such as a Bowl-A-Thon to raise money for Systic
Fibrosis, Skyway Open clean up, co-sponsered the RIT Super
Bowl party, and delivered clothing to Sojourner's House and
Alternatives for Battered Women.
In October 2002, our chapter raised over $500 dollars in our
annual "Tent Out on the Quarter Mile" for the Ronald
Reagon Alzheimer Foundation.
In November 2001, our chapter raised over $1400 for the NYC
Firefighters 911 Relief Fund. This fund went to the families
of the victims of; and the firefighters who risked their lives
for the September 11th tragedy.
