Level of Structured Monitoring Level 1: $440 - Individual appointment/one time a week (1hour)
Level 2A: $880 - Individual appointments/twice a week (1 hour/1 hour)
Level 2B: $880 - Individual appointments/three times a week (1 hour/ 1/2 hour/ 1/2 hour)
**Structured Monitoring sessions are non-refundable. These sessions are customized and offer the flexibility of entry at any point in the quarter. In the case of an Institute Withdrawal, refund will be made in accordance to Institute policy.**
