Students work to increase personal gratitude levels.

We mentioned in the beginning of this month that we’re aiming to spread a little winter warmth! What better way to spread warmth than by sharing some gratitude?

#RITTigersCare has initiated the Gratitude Movement, which is intended to help increase personal gratitude levels. Students were asked to participate in one of six gratitude focused activities for 21 days straight. Meet Sumin Oh and Mizuka.

We'll be checking in with them part way through the 21-day process and again at the end to learn about the impact that gratitude has on their lives!.
